Transport for Claims (“the Service”) is operated by cortexlabs__ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Transport for Claims helps UK rail passengers track journeys and organise Delay Repay claims. We do not process compensation on behalf of train operators; claims are submitted through the relevant operator's own portal.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The Service, including its software, branding, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by cortexlabs__ and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.
Paid plans are billed by cortexlabs__ through our payment processor. Card processing, fraud checks, and issuance of receipts are performed by our payment processor on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the “Manage Subscription” link inside the app; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
