You can permanently delete your Transport for Claims account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible.

In-app (recommended)

1. Sign in to Transport for Claims.
2. Open Account from the profile menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account & Data.
4. Confirm in the dialog to permanently remove your account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, name, phone, address and avatar.
• Saved claims, receipts, tickets and vault analyses.
• Bank and identity documents, verification records and OTP data.
• Notification preferences, roles and your Supabase auth account.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law (for example, payment/ invoice records for tax and accounting) for the minimum period required by applicable regulations. These records are stored securely and are not used to identify you in the product.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email us from the address linked to your account and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
