1. Ownership

The Transport for Claims application (the “App”, “TfC”), including its source code, design system, brand marks, logos, copy, illustrations, icons, product photography, animations, and compiled assets, is © 1970 cortexlabs__. All rights are reserved unless expressly stated otherwise on this page.

2. Trademarks

“Transport for Claims”, “TfC”, the TfC logo and the TfC winged monogram are trademarks of cortexlabs__. All other product names, brand names, station names, line names and roundels are trademarks of their respective owners (including but not limited to Transport for London, National Rail, and individual train operating companies). Their use inside the App is strictly for factual identification of transport services and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

3. Permitted use

You may:

view and interact with the App for your own personal, non-commercial travel and claim purposes;
share deep links to public pages (Terms, Privacy, Refunds, Copyright) in their unmodified form;
quote short excerpts of App copy for review, commentary or news reporting under fair-dealing rules, with clear attribution to “Transport for Claims”.

4. Restrictions

Without prior written permission from cortexlabs__, you may not:

copy, mirror, republish, resell, sublicense or redistribute the App or any substantial part of it;
scrape, harvest, or systematically extract App content, live board data, or claim workflows;
train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning system on the App's content or user-generated data;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, other than to the limited extent expressly permitted by law;
use TfC's name, logo, or brand marks in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or an official relationship.

5. Third-party data

Live arrivals, line status and station reference data are sourced from public transport feeds (including Transport for London's Unified API and National Rail's Huxley/Darwin feeds) under their respective terms. TfC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of Transport for London, National Rail Enterprises, or any train operating company. All third-party data remains the property of its provider.

6. User-submitted content

You retain ownership of ticket images, claim details and other content you upload. By submitting content to the App you grant cortexlabs__ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the App and to prepare and submit Delay Repay claims on your instruction.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, send a notice to cortexlabs__ via the in-app support channel with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the location in the App, (c) your contact details, (d) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf. We will review, respond, and remove infringing material where required.
